Raelynn Barnett

I am a proud native of Colorado, born and raised in Longmont. I attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and received my BA degree in General business. I was privileged enough to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams in Greeley where my businesses and family foundation began to grow. After eight years there, my husband and I made the decision to move to the Town of Windsor and currently reside in Pelican Farms a subdivision of the exciting Water Valley community. Here my family, husband, and two wonderful children, and I love to put our toes in the sand, swim, fish, golf, ride our bikes along the Poudre River trails, and just spend time together at home or on vacation. My passion for helping others and my love for Northern Colorado and the front range led me to my career in Real Estate!

My personal experiences, buying, selling, and investing in real estate along with my other business ventures have allowed me to become a dedicated and enthusiastic 8Z team member. As both a buyer’s and seller’s agent, I prioritize and customize the needs of each client to their unique circumstances. I enjoy helping sellers prepare their homes to sell and guiding buyers through the process of finding and purchasing their new homes. Just like 8z, taking care of my client’s needs first is key to making my business successful and enjoyable!
